As you can see by the pictures, we had an awesome time during our fundraiser for the Three Day Walk. We would like to thank all of you who came to Eclectic Elegance last Friday and to those of you who graciously donated to Karen's walk. We can not thank Karen enough for her dedication, time, and effort! She begins her 60 mile walk this Friday at 6:00 a.m. in Farmington Hills. She, along with thousands of others, will walk in the effort to raise money and awareness in the battle against breast cancer. That is Karen holding the vase with Donna, a volunteer at last year's San Diego Three Day Walk. Barbara and Kathleen, also pictured, were happy to participate in our event. They were still smiling when they left for they each won a raffle item during the fundraiser! Way to go, ladies! Our fall wreath class is this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $45 and includes ALL of your supplies. Take a look at last week's Blog for pictures of some of the wreaths we have made here at the ClubHouse. You will love this class and you can proudly display your creativity throughout the fall season.

Silpada Jewelry Open House: October 11th, 6:30 p.m. Silpada is a beautiful jewelry line and we will have a large selection from the fall catalog on display Thursday, October 11. The open house is a perfect opportunity for you to see, touch, and try on the many wonderful pieces of jewelry offered by Silpada. You can place your order during the open house and receive your jewelry before the upcoming holidays. Think of the holiday gifts you could purchase this special evening! We will have hors d'oeuvres and beverages so stop in and see the unique offerings of Silpada.
Winter Outdoor Container Class: November 15th, 7:00 p.m., $45.00. We welcome back Heidi Cook of Liberty Street Gardens for this popular class. Our local green thumb specialist will show us how and what to plant in a pot perfect for the snowy Michigan outdoors. Heidi will supply the plants and soil if you bring a pot 12" in diameter or less. Think how festive your front door will look with the wreath and outdoor pot you create at Eclectic Elegance!
