Mid October? How did that happen? The holidays are QUICKLY approaching and Eclectic Elegance will help you with all of your decorating and gift giving needs. We have Halloween plates, candles, and gift baskets. We have Thanksgiving dinnerware, soaps, and towels. We even have a large selection of Christmas items already on display. We told you we could help!
It isn't too early to place your gift basket order for the upcoming holidays. If you need a hostess gift for Thanksgiving Day, stop in the Purple Building and pick up one of our beautiful baskets. For example, our "World of THANKS" or "Cornucopia" arrangements are a wonderful way to thank or send well wishes to a client or friend. Perhaps you would prefer that we customize a gift for your needs. With the incredible selection of food and gifts we have, making a unique gift just for you isn't a problem.
Our knitting class this Thursday, October 18th, has two spaces left. Don't be left out! Call us today to reserve your spot for this ever popular class. Your $25.00 fee includes yarn, needles, knitting bag, and a lesson from our very patient and thorough teacher, Jodi.
Kathleen Spellman will have two events at the Purple Building this fall. Friday, October 26th, we are hosting an open house for the Farmington artist. The evening reception begins at 7:30 p.m. and is a wonderful way to meet Kathleen while viewing and purchasing her gorgeous work. Come in and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages during this special night.
Kathleen will also be teaching a beginning watercolor class here at Eclectic Elegance on Saturday, November 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Don't be scared, Kathleen will teach you the basic techniques of this art form and supply the canvas, paints, and brushes. The cost for this class is $65.00.
We will have two other classes in November to wrap up our fall class schedule. You don't want to miss our November 3rd class where we will make customized and unique holiday gift tags and cards. If you are tired of the same old greeting cards and tags, this is a perfect way to spice up your holiday sentiments and gifts. The supplies needed for your creations are included in the $25.00 cost. You do not need any experience in crafts or scrapbooking to walk away from this class with beautiful holiday cards and gift tags.
Heidi Cook from Liberty Street Gardens will be here Thursday, November 15th to teach us how to plant a festive outdoor pot perfect for your porch or patio. Just because the temperatures are falling doesn't mean the outside of your house can't have color and beauty! Please bring a pot suitable for the Michigan outdoors and less than 12" in diameter. We will supply the soil and plants. If you are hosting any holiday parties or dinners, this is a great way to decorate for the entire season.
As you can see, Eclectic Elegance is in full holiday mode! Between our customized gifts and gift arrangements and all the events in our Clubhouse, we have your fall fun covered! So stop on in your favorite Purple Building and get into the spirit.
