We had a great time at the watercolor class held last Saturday. Kathleen was wonderful and each of her students painted a masterpiece. Watch out Picasso!
This Thursday, November 15th, is the last chance to take Heidi's outdoor container class. Our master gardener will fill Eclectic Elegance with plants, greens, and dirt while she instructs us on how to create a beautiful, living arrangement perfect for the holiday season. The cost of the class is $45.00. Please call 248-478-7220 for more information.
Avoid the mall Thanksgiving weekend and come on into Farmington. Eclectic Elegance will be open our regular hours: Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (We will be closed Thursday, November 22nd, in order to watch football and eat!) You will want to shop the Purple Building on Saturday, November 24th, because we will be hosting our second annual "Stuff the turkey, I'm going to Eclectic Elegance" event . Our ClubHouse will have several artists and vendors "setting up shop" and offering you great gift ideas. Talk about one-stop shopping.
Farmington's "Glow" event will take place Friday, November 30th. Grand River Avenue and Farmington Road will be beautifully lit and carolers will sing holiday favorites. Your favorite downtown stores and restaurants will have specials throughout the evening. Eclectic Elegance will be hosting a book signing for local author Scott Seegert. His book "It's a Guy Thing" is a laugh out loud read and a perfect gift for any man in your life. Tim Spellman will be drawing caricatures during "Glow" in our Purple Building. His drawing of you and yours would be a one of a kind present for family and friends on your list. This promises to be a wonderful evening for the entire family so join us on Friday, November 30th for "Glow".
Saturday, December 1st, is downtown Farmington's "Holly Day". You can buy all of your greens, wreaths, and trees at the Pavilion while visiting Santa! Eclectic Elegance will be having an open house from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Join us for in-store specials and yummy goodies.
Don't forget that Eclectic Elegance would love to create unique and customized gift baskets for all of your holiday needs. Our "Say Yes to Michigan" basket is awesome and tasty!
