Heidi from Liberty Street Gardens will be here teaching one of our favorite classes on Thursday, April 24. In fact, the class is so popular, we will have two sessions: 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. That's right, the Outdoor Container class is back! During this incredible and informative class, Heidi will teach us how to properly plant beautiful spring flowers that will make any porch or patio blossom. Please bring a 12" in diameter container suitable for the Michigan outdoors. All flowers, soil, and fertilizer will be supplied with your $45 class fee. Come "Unlock Downtown Farmington's Jewels". Spend a special evening in Downtown Farmington on Friday, April 25 when Eclectic Elegance and other Farmington merchants will have extended hours and special events. Beginning at 5:00 p.m. Friday you will receive a key with a $25 purchase at participating merchants. Only 1000 keys will be distributed and once they are gone, they are gone. FIVE of the 1000 keys will open a treasure chest located at Scrappin' and Stampin'. The five lucky winners will receive a downtown Farmington Prize Package filled with gift certificates to local businesses. The contest ends Saturday, May 3, at 4:00 p.m. The evening and the following week promise to be filled with treasures waiting for you to discover... all in Downtown Farmington. Saturday, May 3, from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. we will host a tea tasting party. Several different types of tea will be available for sipping and enjoying. We will have savory treats, too. Don't forget that Mother's Day is Sunday, May 11. Come have a tea party with Mom and spend the day in Downtown Farmington. Tea makes a great gift for Mom along with all the unique gifts the Purple Building has to offer. Also, we can always customize a gift arrangement for Mom and remember... we ship and deliver.
Speaking of special people, Administrative Professional Day is Wednesday, April 23. May we suggest as a gift our new cupcake trinket boxes that are so SWEET!
